Stepping into Adulthood
I still remember the day when I was having my first period .I was 13 years old and was enjoying my school life .All my friends were aware about the periods as they went through it and I didn't. so they were telling me about the do's and don'ts of it and I was listening to them very carefully. one fine day me and my friends went to a b'day party where we had lots of fun and we played too many outdoor games like hide and seek , running , dance etc. after that suddenly my legs, stomach and lower back started paining but I just thought that it might be because of the games that we had played so I just ignored it .
